The Boulder Center for NeuroHealth, located in Boulder, Colorado, was founded by Dr. Afra Moenter; inspired by her vision to support individuals diagnosed with Functional Neurological Disorder.

My clients have taught me, educated me, invited me to deeply understand the complexity of FND. Without their help I would have not come to a place of such intimate understanding of an experience that might have one name, though shows up in such unique ways. FND is never the same, they are deeply personal.

FNDcourage is a nonprofit founded by Dr. Afra Moenter, Boulder Center for NeuroHealth's Founder/Clinical Director, to provide education, resources, and community support for individuals with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND). Built on over 15 years of clinical experience, FNDcourage offers an online course, community events, and resources to help individuals navigate their journey toward nervous system regulation and well-being.

FNDcourage Online Skills Course: Fall Session Begins September 15

If you or someone you know has been diagnosed with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), they may benefit from FNDcourage's online skills class, created and led by Dr. Afra Moenter. This 12-week somatic based course teaches essential skills to help balance and regulate the FND nervous system.
